What Rydelitics stores
Written to describe what the product actually does today — nothing more.
Information held about you
Account information
Your email address and password, handled by the sign-in service Rydelitics uses. Rydelitics never sees your password.
Rider DNA / training preferences
Your goal, what you want to develop, your experience level, the days and time you can train, your long-ride day, your strength-training preference and whether you have a heart-rate monitor or power meter.
Rides
Anything you enter yourself: date, distance, time, elevation, heart rate, speed, cadence, power, effort, how your legs felt and the ride type.
Check-ins
Date, and your own ratings for sleep, legs, energy and motivation, plus whether you marked yourself unwell.
Strength sessions
Date, which part of the body, how hard it was, a title and any load notes you add.
Planned sessions
The session you tell Rydelitics you intend to do, so it can compare your plan with its recommendation.
Feedback
Beta feedback you send, and whether you marked a recommendation useful, including any note you add and which recommendation it referred to.
How you found Rydelitics
If you arrive through a link that carries a source label (for example from Road Cycling After 50), that short label is stored with your profile.
How it is used
Your data is used to provide the Rydelitics service: to work out your readiness, to choose and explain your next training session, and — during this private beta — to understand what is confusing or unhelpful so the product can be improved. Rydelitics does not sell your data and does not use an external analytics platform.
Your control
Private to your account
Every record you create is readable only by your own signed-in account. No other tester can see your Rider DNA, rides, check-ins, strength sessions, plans or feedback.
Edit any time
Rider DNA can be changed whenever you like, and new evidence always replaces old assumptions.
Deletion
You can delete your Rydelitics account and rider data yourself from the Account screen. Deletion removes your own records only.
Not a medical service
Rydelitics provides cycling training guidance and is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you feel unwell or have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
